PR & IR Manager

Job Description:
 -  Organize and manage various corporate and PR events such as road shows, investors conferences, meetings and results briefings
 -  Review and edit translated materials, press releases, presentation materials, brochures, reports, etc.
 -  Being the main contact with corporate clients and counsel on corporate image building
 -  Review client’s media and analyst coverage and counsel client on appropriate response
 -  Supervise preparation of production items and third-party services

 -  Bachelor degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or Business-related disciplines
 -  At least 3+ of experience in PR or journalism, or relevant fields
 -  Experience in organizing marketing / media events
 -  Strong initiative in providing solution to client works, and in new business development
 -  Strong media connections and knowledge is an advantage
 -  Good command of spoken & written English / Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
 -  Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
 -  Mature, independent, flexible, detail-minded and well-organized with strong interpersonal & communication skills

Project Coordinator

Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to project team
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Assist project team to handle business and corporate correspondences through external and internal communication with clients and government officials
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
-Assist in other ad-hoc duties

- Degree holder with at least 2+ years relevant working experience 
- Working experience in PR (Public relations) and IR (Investor relations) is highly preferred
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese is must
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Mature, independent, flexible, detail-minded and well-organized with strong interpersonal & communication skills

Compliance Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in opening client accounts and conducting customer due diligence including KYC and AML checking, and perform on-going KYC updates;
- Ensure company business is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operational risk control procedures
- Assist in supporting legal matters related to investment, financing, M&A, etc.
- Liaise with external regulatory authorities (e.g. SFC and SEHK), legal counsels and/or external consultants when required;
- Keep abreast of the market and regulatory updates, and ensure colleagues are aware of those changes;
- Participate in other ad hoc compliance projects.
- A degree holder in Business Law, Finance, Business or related discipline(s) with at least 2 years’ experience in AML/ KYC in SFC regulated firm;
- Qualified professional with HKICS/ICSA membership an advantage;
- Good knowledge of Listing Rules, SFO and other compliance regulations; Experience in dealing with SFC a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferable.
